There’s a new face in the office here at Broom. Antony Howell has joined us as MD to lead the business in its next phase of development.
He has a wealth of experience leading high-performing teams, developing systems and implementing efficiencies to drive sustainable growth. We’re delighted to have him (and his spreadsheets) on the team.
We have many exciting plans, which we’ll share with our community throughout the year. These include sprucing up our facilities around the Brundall boatyard. If you’ve visited us in recent weeks you may have noticed our old service kiosk being dismantled in preparation for a brand new one.
“I’m excited to be joining the dedicated team at Broom,” said Antony. “We’re fortunate to be located on the Norfolk Broads in a beautiful part of the country and to be able to offer fantastic opportunities for family holidays and leisure users to what has become a growing destination.”
With the boat hire business continuing to grow, it’s now time to focus on developing the servicing, maintenance, and restoration side of the business. “This will be key for driving future business growth,” added Antony. “I’m passionate about this business and very much looking forward to working with the team and meeting valued customers.”
